SAMSUNG: gear 360, August 19th launch?

Seems like 360 action-cam's are the rage these days. Here comes another contender, the Samsung gear 360, announced back in February of this year, it now looks like it will be launched with the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 this month. That's according to the lengthy press release Samsung posted with the Note 7. As usual the PR doesn't mention a price, though it does specify that it will be available "online."
As a VR platform, the Gear 360 records and stitches at 3840x1920, and its F/2.0 lenses should be at least decent in low light. The gadget is dust and water-resistant, just like Samsung's other up-market phones, and Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connections can upload images and videos to phones or local networks. And if you prefer an alternative method, it can record directly to a MicroSD card.
