Android Nougat: Manual exposure feature!
In line with Google's naming convention using sweets, the next incarnation of its mobile OS will be called Android N or Nougat, said to be launched sometime this month. And with this new build comes an older preview build function dropped in the camera department, the manual exposure setting. So, how it works is, exposure control appears when you tap the screen to focus. A slider on the right side of the screen lets you adjust exposure, and seems pretty straightforward: slide up to allow more light, or down to make your picture a bit darker.
